My daughter used Kryterion when accessing GCP exam. The exam code was strict like no noises around and she followed that meticulously. Suddenly someone passed nearby her whose phone received few notifications. She was writing the exam without turning her head. Despite this, the exam got suspended. What action can I take to restore things? Are these browsers really doing their job or are they over doing things? Please help.
