Qwiklab completion troubleshooting

Hello - Im hoping a Google expert may assist me with completing Quiklabs.  I've attempted over the past couple years to take courses, I've signed into the temporary account provided to start the course, however the actions Im taking do not get accepted and I end up completing many tasks within the lab, only for it to display I have not completed them, either a 0% or 20%.  What am I missing? Should I be selecting an icon somewhere on the screeen after I complete a "snooze", or "change a setting", for examples. 

Guidance would be greatly appreciated so I may complete some of your courses.  Thank you.

On the top right corner there's a support option:

They always helped me when a bug or a problem occurrs.
